SpamExpert: How to Train Spam

This guide will assist you how to train spam on Spam Expert. This guide actually train Spam Expert algorithm to identify and make sure that selected email will become spam in next receiving with quite same pattern.

What you need to do is login into Spam Expert panel of customer through WHMCS and Login to their Spam Expert control panel.

NOTE : This only applicable for customer that has subscribed our 1 Domain Spam Expert or selected email account that has secured by Spam Expert but still getting spam.

Get .eml or .msg

Now ask customer to export .eml file or .msg file of their suspected email to us.

Train Spam

After that go to Spam Expert customer panel, choose Train Spam and upload customer’s .eml or .msg file.
