How to monitoring SpamExpert queue
1. In order to monitor per-daily for email queue in SpamExpert, please go this link
2. You will see those top ten list that trying to send emails, example :
You can see that bahtera-corp.com domain try to send the email but those email that come from that domain are clogging on the maill queue. To check why those emails stuck, please login to the SpamExpert Panel :
- Login to https://se01-panel.idcloudhosting.com
- Go to Outgoing Logs
- You can what time that you’re going to search
4. Then see the email inside that :
The email is SPAM, so you would need to remove it.
5. Please login to Bisma and then run this command to remove it :
