SpamExpert: How to Release Email from Spam
This guide will help you how to release email that identified as SPAM on spam expert. First, need to login to identify which sender and receiver. Put a lock on receiver email ie. gtsj-asia.com. Then login to client area customer. Here is the steps:

Step 1: Login to Customer Client Area
Go to client area customer, and login as customer. Login to which domain that customer has Spam Expert. ie. gtsj-asia.com. Now click to Log In To Panel.

Step 2: Search email
Now we are logged into spam expert interface. Go to Incoming section and click Logs. Then click deprecated log search page for better (hooman) result.
On Search section, choose within range then fill the date range. Fill sender as well the recipient email. The search result would be like this :

Step 3: Release email
Now we are going to release email and put as whitelist, in case this issue keep happen. Click on the narrow down button, and Release.

Step 4: Whitelist email on Spam Expert
On the left panel, go to Incoming Protection Settings, then click Sender Whitelist. Now click + Add Whitelist Sender to add email account. On Address section, put the email account that need to be whitelisted.

Then click Save.
