Limit Bandwidth VM in Hyperv

You can use this guide how to limit bandwidth vm under Hyperv Virtualisation.

Login to Windows Host Node

First, login to Windows Host Node, and login with your JKTAD (Active Directory). Define which vm that need to be limited.

Launch Hyperv Manager

In order to control vm we need to launch Hyperv Manager first. Open Server Manager. Then launch Hyperv Manager from Tools.

Select VM

Note : All vm now need to be limited into 100 Mbps to prevent abuse.

Select vm that need to be limit the network. Then hit Settings.

Set Bandwidth to 100 Mbps

Choose Network Adapter > Enable bandiwdth management. Set max bandwidth to 100 Mbps

Dont forget click OK and you are done!
