Plesk Windows: Web Statistic 403 Forbidden

How to fix Web Statistic 403 Forbidden on Plesk Windows. Usually it happens when provisioned new users of Plesk Windows shared hosting. Example case is #3109872 or click here for public link.

Workaround

The first thing to do is login to Plesk server using RDP and launch IIS. Navigate to root directory below.

Enable the Default document by right click > Enable

NOTE : I already enabled the default document so when I show you it will shown disabled ya.
