Plesk Webmail Windows Showing Default Plesk page
Before proceed further, you need to take a look for these 2 different cases. The issue may vary depends the situation. However, this time when the situation is not available from Plesk FAQ page.

Whatever workaround you applied, it does not work at all. Now to solve it, we go to their Windows Server, login as remote desktop.
Launch Start > IIS
Search IIS website that bind to webmail or easily search website name that binds to “webmail” name from IIS.
Edit site bindings > add webmail.domain.com and use port 80 for http. If wish to use https then add additional hostname with port 443 and choose the SSL.
