Server Team: How to Raise cPanel issue for Exabytes

This article will assist you how to raise cPanel issue for Exabytes. If you are under Exabytes MY, SG, ID you can also use this method to raise cPanel issue to our vendor.

Login to cPanel ticketing system.

Find the password on PMP panel. You can use “cpanel” search key. Copy and paste the user and password.

On the left panel, click Submit a Support Request > Acknowledge the agreement from cPanel and follow the process. Please remember, you will need to activate grant access to cPanel support as well.

After issue resolved, please close the ticket.
