How to delist Outlook, Hotmail and such services from Microsoft products. You can use this URL below and fill the requirement. If you confuse, may contact me for further advise.
Before you submit delist request, please make sure you already addressed the issue correctly. ie :
- Spamming issue (cust use some blasting software)
- Compromised email (resetting email and send the new passwd to admin contact)
