How to trace an error for the site that when goes wrong under Windows Plesk

Below is how to troubleshot when the site goes wrong on the Windows Plesk Server if customer is using PHP ( WordPress ) for for their Site.

When you access the log by login to the Plesk :

Plesk –> Domain –> Logs

The log doesnt show anything. Therefore to get the PHP error, you have to turn ON the “display_errors” on the PHP settings by follow this steps :

Plesk –> Domain –> PHP Settings ( For more detail, please see the Screen shot below )

You can try to access again the site what has cause the site not working. By then you can see the error like below :

This mean that the site got injected by Malicious Code. To solve that, go to the file and clean UP. After that you find out what WordPress version that customer use it. If let say they are still using the outdated version, you may need to highlight customer to upgrade their WordPress Version by ask them to contact their Web Development.
