Generate HTTP Uptime Report Nagios

This guide will help you how to generate uptime report which can be accessed from nagios.

Here is the gdocs

• Open nagios url here and insert username/passwd
• On left side > Reports > Availability

• Select Report Type > Hostgroup(s) > Continue to step 2
• Select Hostgroups > shared_linux > Continue to step 3

For Daily :

• Choose Report Period = * Custom Report Period *
• Choose the Custom Report Period, Start Date and End Data for 1 day before you put the report

• If % Time Up showing 99%, please check and see how many downtime that happened
• If % Time Up showing 100%, Then no need to check. Just put F : 0, D : 0, % : 100% on google sheet

For Weekly :

• Choose Report Period = * Custom Report Period *
• Choose the Custom Report Period, Start Date and End Data for 7 Days, like example Torumpupu from 1 Jan – 7 Jan 2021, it show that the http service failed for 17 times.

If you see on Event Start Time,  it will show 4 days earlier and 1 day ahead, so you would need to catch from the time that you want to put

For Monthly also will be same like weekly.
