WordPress Hosting: Details Backup – Restore

We provide 14-days backup from our r1soft software ( https://103.82.240.5/Agent/ ). Login r1soft can be obtained from ezee login browser. Ezee login credential can be obtained from Manager only.

Backup Web Files can be obtained from selected date and /var/www/vhosts (based on domain original path). Meanwhile, for backup database .sql can be obtained from path /var/backup/mysql/daily/ within r1soft directory.

By default all customers with WordPress Hosting are eligible for backup – restore (from primary contact).
