DNS Record Changes on v12 Shared Server Not Reflected

1) Login to Gdns Panel, the URL for gdns -> https://gdns.mschosting.com/gdns-controller/

2) Username and Password is on PMP Exabytes MY (https://secure.mschosting.com:7272) . Accessed using VPN Mschosting.

3) Once logged in to gdns controller, click Received Zones.

4) Then search the source server or the IP that currently pointing. Example e122.idcloudhosting.com

5) In the Transfer server e122.idcloudhosting.com, search the domain name. Example: monasconsulting.co.id

6) You shall see there is ! mark which mean it appear more than 2 transfer server (old and current server)

7) Click on the padlock icon, then change to the correct server which the domain hosted. Example: c121.idcloudhosting.com (because DNS zone currently managed at c121 server)

8) Click Update button and wait for 5-15 minutes for the process and propagation
