Delist IP from Barracuda DNSBL
There are times where our IP address blacklisted by Barracuda DNSBL. Therefore, we need to find the root cause first. ie. the server ran by malicious scripts, server being compromised by certain email, etc. REMEMBER! Proper action before request delist is required.
Proper Action : Pro actively to find the root cause(s) and make sure to disable them or fix the issue before request delist.
- If it is Linux shared hosting customer, most likely it is due to malware script. Try to run ImunifyAV and scan the website(s).
- If it is VPS customer, it is likely due to compromised email. ie. set password too low, but sometimes due to malware script.
If you can’t find the root cause(s), then may escalate to senior engineer to ask why. Don’t forget to follow up.
Go to Barracuda DNSBL page and fill some required field.

Fill email server IP address as infected IP.
Fill email address as *@signetique.com if the IP address from Signetique server, fill *@exabytes.com if the IP address from Exabytes server.
Fill phone number as Signetique / Indonesia phone. Use international localisation. ie. +65 or +62.
Reason for removal, fill some logical reason.
