Install R1soft agent on Windows

Login to Customer’s Server and download Backup Agent here

Install Net Framework 3.5

Go to Server Manager > Features > Add roles and Features > Next > Next > Next > Next > choose “.Net Framework 3.5 features” > Next > Finish

Install ServerBackup Windows Agent

Open ServerBackup-Windows-Agent-x64.msi and install it. If Server need reboot, then we have to reboot it

4. Once back online, Open Server Backup Agent Configuration > click “Authorized Server backup Managers” > Click Manual and fill the information.

5. Save it and go to Services > Restart server backup agent
