cPanel: Change dedicated IP to shared IP

This guide will help you how to change dedicated IP to shared IP. Dedicated IP on cPanel only able to be used for 1 domain only. Meanwhile shared IP able to be used for multiple domains.

Now let’s get started.

Login to ssh as root.

Edit /etc/domainips

Give comment (#) in the front.

NOTE : If one or some IP was present within /etc/domainips then cPanel will read it as dedicated IP address.
