How to Know Username VPS on SolusVM?

When customer asking for OS reinstall, we can help them by sending them a SolusVM control panel URL with the login credential. Sometime you made mistake by removing some field ie. Username field on WHMCS and you don’t know where to get the username.

Here is what I mean for Username SolusVM :

NOTE : This only intended for COID customers. For Server Team policy, we usually helped them to reinstall when it still new. ie. after 3 days, after 5 days of purchasing services. As long the purchasing order is still new and only appicable for once.

Login to SolusVM

Go to our SolusVM website from ezee login web interface and search for customer based on hostname server or IP server.

Now Find with IP address on left top.

Then you will see details of IP address, Reverse DNS, hostname server and Client.

Where is Username SolusVM?

SolusVM username is based on Client column information. In this case : vmuser3324861

Now you got customers’s SolusVM username.
