Unable to Change Webmail “Logo Image” in Smartermail
Guide workaround what to do if you can’t change webmail Logo Image in smartermail.

Before we go further, this server usually affected under idsmtp2 and idsmtp3 server. So most of idsmtp1 did not affected this.
Go to General
- Login to server
- Pick an email to be configured > Domains > General
- Under Mailing Lists > Mailing List Command Address section put word “stserv” without a quote there
- Example :
Upload Logo Image
Then try to upload your image logo and try to save
