Delist our IP address from Office 365

Sometime we facing issue whenever customer trying to send email to Office 365 vendor, then the mail bounce back. How to delist our IP address, especially shared hosting? There are something need to be check first before we can send delist request. Here is step by step check list that advised to be done first before sending delist request.

  • Check mail queue of the mail server is jammed by high peak or malware
  • See if any malware script on process, clear it first
  • Check if customer already using SMTP server or MAIL server, advise to use smtp server first
  • Make sure customer receive the bounce back email from Office 365

Now go to delist page Office 365 and fill your email address and problematic IP, fill captcha code correctly.

A confirmation link will be sent to your email, after confirmatin link clicked, you can delist the IP address then. Usually the delist propagation may take time up to 30 mins. Tell cust : The delist process may take time up to 30 minutes, after that please check later.
