Reinstall VPS : first time they request, we can help them to reinstall it. If the second they request it, one time charge.

Reinstall DS : We have to check first with Sales whether its charge or not. Like usual if fresh ticket, you can forward it. If there are lot of threads, we have to create new ticket.

Usonyx VPS only allow 1 IP, if client want to have additional IP need to upgrade to Server and can hold 5 IPs
