A. Restoration of Shared Hosting
Restoration Data of Shared Hosting is Free. Retention only 14 days backwards. Shared hosting including Shared Cpanel (Ebiz Lite, Pro, Gold), Shared Plesk (WPLite, WPPlus, WPGeek), and Shared Smartermail (Ebiz Mail)

B. Restoration of VPS and Dedicated
1. Restoration of VPS and Dedicated are Free because of some reasons:
– They have Addon Backup R1soft
– Server corrupt because of our Fault (such as host disk error, suddenly delete vm, etc)
– By Default Dedicated Server have Backup feature (retention 14 days backwards)
2. Restoration of VPS is chargeable 900rb/task because of some reasons:
– Customer suddenly delete the data and need to retrieve it back
– Customer make some changes on their configuration and make the VPS cant booted/corrupted.

Restoration Procedure

1. Ask customer which date they want to restore and Please make sure that the backup available
2. Need approval/Request from Administrative Contact before we proceed
3. If the Restoration Chargeable, then need confirmation from Billing whether customer already paid or not. Or if its on weekend, we need confirmation from customer (by email) said that they agree for the payment
4. Please dont overwrite their current VPS. Just turn off current VPS, rename/move the image, restore from r1soft
5. Inform customer once done
